Ms. Lexi
Fun Events Staff
Lexi was born and raised in Texas and graduated from Allen High school in 2025. She has been cheering for school and competitively for over six years. She enjoys spending her free time with friends and family. Lexi plans to attend Collin College where she will work to get her nursing degree to become a pediatric nurse! She is thrilled to be starting with AOG!
Mr. Alden
Class Instructor
Alden was born and raised in Houston, Texas and moved to McKinney at the age of 10. Alden currently attends McKinney Boyd Highschool and is set to graduate in 2028. During his free time, Alden enjoys playing video games with his friends online. He also plays basketball and has played for many years. It is his favorite sport. Alden is very excited to be working alongside the AOG team!
Ms. Carsyn
Class Instructor
Carsyn was born and raised in Texas she currently lives in McKinney and attends Emerson high school, she will graduate in 2027. She did cheer for majority of her life staring at age 3 until 15, participating in both school and competitive cheer. Carsyn enjoys getting to make new friends and creating long lasting memories along the way! She is so excited to bring her energy and passion for helping others to the Alpha Omega family.
Ms. Courtney

Courtney has lived in Texas her entire life. She did gymnastics and soccer at a young age and loved it so much! She currently attends Bishop Lynch High School and will graduate in 2026. ​Courtney loves working with children and is so excited to be apart of the AOG team!
Ms. Ryley
Front Desk/Field Trip Coordinator/Fun Events Coordinator
Ryley was born in Toms River, NJ and moved to Allen, Texas in 5th grade. She misses the beach, but prefers living in the south. Growing up, Ryley loved to do gymnastics, softball, and art. Her favorite hobbies are spending time with people she loves, playing piano or ukulele, crafts, and baking! She LOVES Harry styles and has seen him 5 times in concert! Ryley strives to create a positive environment and is always finding ways to make any situation better. ​
Ms. Grace
Class Instructor
Grace is currently a student at Allen High School, she is set to graduate in 2027. She is actively involved in the Athletic Training program. Through this role, she has developed a strong interest in health, wellness, and supporting others, which has helped her build valuable leadership and teamwork skills. Outside of school, Grace enjoys spending her free time baking and experimenting with new recipes, a hobby that allows her to express her creativity and share joy with family and friends. She is eager to bring her energy, positivity, and passion for helping others to the Alpha Omega family, and she looks forward to learning, growing, and contributing in meaningful ways.
Ms. Isis
Fun Event Staff
Isis was born and raised in Illinois and at age 8 started her gymnastics career. She moved to Texas when she was 10 years old and continued gymnastics in McKinney. She worked her way up through the different USAG levels , up to level 8. When Isis was 14 she decided to try Cross Fit and Olympic Weightlifting, which were great transistions. She competed for 4 years, all the way through Nationals. After high school Isis began coaching gymnastics and cheer in various places. She coached recreational classes and assisted in Xcel team. Isis has been working with kids since the age of 14. She loves how gymnastics helps kids to grow in a fun & positve way!
Ms. Naomi
Seasonal Staff
Naomi was born and raised in McKinney, Texas. She is currently homeschooled and attends a co-op called PATH, where she enjoys learning and spending time with friends. Over the years, Naomi has loved being a part of Alpha Omega Gymnastics as a student, and it has helped her grow in both confidence and skill. She is now excited to begin this new chapter working alongside her mother and the rest of the wonderful staff. Outside of school and gymnastics, Naomi enjoys baking, spending time with family, and trying new creative hobbies. She looks forward to encouraging and supporting the athletes while continuing to learn and grow herself.
Mr. Caden
Class Instructor
Caden was born in Plano, Texas and graduated from Allen High School in 2024. He currently attend Collin College where he is pursuing a career in general science. Caden loves watching movies, playing games and reading books. He also really enjoys working with kids and has spent many summers doing so. Caden is very excited to be apart of the AOG team!
Ms. Maggie
Class Instructor
Maggie was born in Mckinney, Texas and has lived in Allen her whole life. She graduated high school in 2017. Maggie is currently attending Collin College working to attain her Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education so she can become a teacher. She loves working with children because she loves watching them grow and explore the world.
Ms. Emerson
Class Instructor
Emerson was originally born in Arkansas but moved to Texas when she was a little girl. She is currently enrolled as a student at Allen High School, and she will be graduating in 2027. She grew up very active, playing club soccer and club volleyball. She loves the outdoors, especially the lake or the beach. During her free time, Emerson loves to bake, watch movies, and spend time with her loved ones. She is so excited to be apart of the AOG family!
Ms. Ella
Class Instructor
Ella was born and raised in Celina, Texas. She has always loved gymnastics from a young age. Her love grew from watching her mom coach gymnastics, so she spent most of her childhood in gyms. Ella has grown up a part of a big family and with that has spent a lot of time babysitting, which grew her love for working with kids. In her free time, Ella enjoys spending time with her family and friends, shopping and anything fashion related! Ella is currently a junior at Celina High School and will graduate in 2027. She plans to pursue a degree in fashion. Ella is very excited to be apart of the AOG team!
Mr. Austin
Class Instructor
Austin grew up in Bryan, Texas where he started gymnastics at Ridder High School before competing for Texas A&M. He has a bachelors in Biomedical Science and a masters in Cognitive Neuroscience. He is currently on the road to medical school - but coaching gymnastics has always been his favorite passion. Austin has coached recreational and competitive gymnastics for over six years and he loves helping athletes grow through fun, movement-based learning. When he is not in the gym, he is spending the with his puppy, Rudy or he is racing motorcycles on the track!
Ms. Lennon

Lennon was born and raised in Texas! She attends the Univeristy of North Texas and is majoring in consumer experience management. Lennon loves working with kids and was a part of the PALS program all of high school. Her younger sister, Lucie is also a coach here at Alpha Omega Gymnastics. She is very excited to be apart of the AOG team!
Ms. Dayton

Dayton is a sophomore at Celina high school will graduate in 2028 and born and raised in Texas. I’m involved in PALS and Special Olympics to help kids and make them smile. I plan on pursuing an education degree for elementary student. I love to spend time with my friends and family ,wake surfing, track, and being active. I’m so excited to contribute my energy and positivity to the kids.
Mr. Hayden

Hayden was born in Alabama, but moved to the great state of Texas when he was 2 years old! Hayden is currently in the 9th grade at McKinney Boyd Highschool and is a Texas High School Bass Fisherman! In his free time, he enjoys hanging out with his friends and fishing! Hayden really enjoys working with kids and is super excited to be apart of the AOG team!
Ms. Emma

Emma graduated from Independence High School in 2021 and from University of Central Arkansas in 2025. She graduated with a B.S. in psychology with a minor in special education. Emma is now attending Ouachita Baptist University for her M.S in applied behavior analysis. Emma is currently a registered behavioral technician and loves working with children of all abilities. In her free time she loves reading, watching new shows and exploring the world around her. She loves being apart of the AOG team!
Mr. Bryce

Bryce attends McKinney Boyd High School, where he plays basketball and enjoys working out with his team every day. In his free time, Bryce loves fishing, golfing, and staying active in the gym. He is excited to meet new people, build strong connections, and help create a safe and welcoming environment where everyone feels comfortable and included.
Ms. Elizabeth
Class Instructor
Elizabeth was born in Colorado and raised in Texas. She grew up playing the piano, dancing in high school, and traveling to different states as a member of the varsity choir. Her love for the arts continued into college where she danced ballet. Elizabeth has always loved working with children, whether she was volunteering at summer camps and VBS or leading worship and small group for kid’s church. She now has a boy and two girls of her own, and adores being a full-time mom. In her free time Elizabeth is studying to become an IBCLC and has her certification as a breastfeeding specialist. Her favorite way to relax is with a good book and something sweet (anything chocolate). Her favorite place to be is by the ocean. ​Elizabeth is honored for the opportunity to teach your little ones at Alpha Omega Gymnastics!
Ms. Zoey

Zoey was born and raised in Celina, Texas. She attended Celina High School and will be graduating with the Class of 2029. She enjoys working with kids and creating a fun, positive environment where they feel comfortable and confident. She is known for being funny, entertaining, and bringing lots of energy into everything she does. Zoey takes pride in being a strong leader who encourages teamwork, patience, and positivity while helping others grow and succeed. She enjoys building connections with both kids and families and strives to make a lasting impact through her attitude, creativity, and leadership skills.
Ms. Shae

Shae has lived in Texas her whole life. She attends Allen Highschool and graduates in 2025. Shae's favorite sports are soccer and football. she has played soccer since she was 4 years old and continues to still play. Shae enjoys spending time with her family and traveling and playing sports.
Ms. Jada

Jada was born and raised in McKinney, Texas. She graduated from McKinney Boyd High School in 2024 and currently attends Collin College. Jada hopes to complete a BSN program and become a nurse. Jada has been active since she was 3 years old. She has done basketball, soccer, dance, and gymnastics. She did competitive gymnastics for 12 years and even scored a PERFECT 10.0! She enjoys cooking, hanging out with friends, and trying new dessert places.
Ms. Lucie

Lucie has called Texas home her entire life. From a young age, she discovered a passion for cheer and dedicated herself to the sport for eight years, participating both in school cheer and on a competitive team. She attended McKinney High School and graduated in 2025. Lucie enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family, creating lasting memories and enjoying new experiences together. Lucie is thrilled to begin this new chapter as part of the Alpha Omega Gymnastics team. She looks forward to contributing her energy, positivity, and enthusiasm while learning and growing alongside such an amazing group of staff and students.
Ms. Meghan

Meghan currently attends McKinney High School and will graduate in 2028. She has been a cheerleader her whole life and is on the varsity cheer squad at her school. In her free time she loves tumbling and hanging out with her friends. Meghan loves working with kids and is super excited to be apart of the AOG team!
Ms. Ayanah
Class Instructor
Ayanah is originally from Miami, Florida. She has a 16-year history in cheerleading, participating in both recreational and all-star cheer programs. In 2023, she relocated to Texas and is now the proud mother of a one-year-old daughter. Ayanah’s long-term goals include opening her own gymnastics facility and pursuing the establishment of a nonprofit law firm dedicated to serving her community.
Mr. Josh
Class Instructor
Josh is an accomplished cheerleading and tumbling coach with more than 10 years of experience developing athletes from beginner through Level 6. Throughout his career, he has led successful all-star, high school, and gymnastics programs, building athlete-centered training systems that emphasize technical excellence, confidence, and mental performance. As a program director and head coach, Josh has developed and managed large-scale tumbling programs, mentored competitive athletes, and helped teams achieve success at the highest levels. His own athletic background includes being a two-time UCA National Champion, a three-time USA National Champion, a Cheerleading Worlds Level 6 Open Co-Ed champion, and a member and team captain of the Los Angeles Clippers Stunt Team. Josh combines elite competitive experience with a passion for coaching, creating an environment where athletes can safely progress, build resilience, and reach their full potential.
