P.A.S.S. Week Details
Every week our fun-loving instructors are teaching their students to perform all the required skills for the specific class that they are leading. Each skill has a specific criterion for proper technique. Each student strives, learns, and performs mastery of skills at their own pace.

Twice a year AOG sets aside a special week for Instructors to review, reconcile & document their student’s performance in their class. This week is called P.A.S.S Week. Instructors will update each student’s account to reflect the skills they have been working on for the past several months. Coaches observe the kids to see if they have attained the required skills for their class and when they have achieved mastery of every skill for that current level, they will PASS on to the next level.

** Please note that students still have the ability to move up any time of the year.**

Parents are able to track their child’s progress on their parent portal or AOG App. When applicable instructors will notify parents when their child has performed and achieved success on all skills required to move on to a new class.

​Our goal is for each student to learn and progress at an appropriate pace, which is different for each child. This should lead to long-term success in and beyond our program.

Alpha Omega Gymnastics exists to create unparalleled experiences, where any child can achieve success through positive gymnastics and sports related activities that add value and enrichment for a lifetime.
Beyond the standard physical, social, and emotional benefits of our program, students learn skills in a progression-based system. Each class has 6 different categories with 6-8 skills in each category. These skills are fundamentally essential in order to learn and advance in a safe, efficient manner.
What a great place for kids to learn balance, coordination, body movement & what it takes to be a gymnast! The instructors are well-trained, patient & caring. Our family is now the 2nd generation of kids taking Gymnastics under the leadership of Greg Kester. His philosophy on how to work with kids & staff is top-notch. He is genuine & caring & has trained his staff to be the same. You won't regret bringing your kids here & watching how they blossom through their classes.
