By cancelling my membership, I understand that I will lose all benefits at Alpha Omega Gymnastics until I re-enroll.

Should I dispute a charge through my financial institution this will constitute a breach of contract possibly resulting in, but not limited to, penalties, additional fees, collection, legal action, and/or termination of any and/or all current and past agreements.

I am requesting a cancellation of my child’s membership. If today is the 10th of the month or earlier, the cancellation will go into effect on the 1st day of next month. If today is after the 10th of the month, the cancellation will go into effect on the 1st day of the month after next. I understand and agree my child’s membership will no longer be in effect. My monthly charges will expire based on my cancellation date.

I also understand and agree that I am responsible for re-enrollment fees and increase of tuition that might have occurred during my absence for my child(ren), should I choose to return to classes.

Here is an example of how this cancellation works, if a member requests a cancel on May 10th no charges will occur in May and future, child’s Alpha Omega membership will be suspended starting in June. If a member requests a cancel after May 10th charges will occur in May but not in June and future, the child’s Alpha Omega membership will be suspended starting in July.

I have read all of the information on the Alpha Omega Membership Cancellation Form and I agree to abide by all of its terms.

What a great place for kids to learn balance, coordination, body movement & what it takes to be a gymnast! The instructors are well-trained, patient & caring. Our family is now the 2nd generation of kids taking Gymnastics under the leadership of Greg Kester. His philosophy on how to work with kids & staff is top-notch. He is genuine & caring & has trained his staff to be the same. You won't regret bringing your kids here & watching how they blossom through their classes.
