Super Character Building

Alpha Omega Gymnastics takes advantage of gymnastics, ninja warrior, fun events, etc. in order to promote Character Development in their students.
The Alpha Omega Super Character curriculum targets 46 unique character traits that are built in to a 2 year cycle. Every 2 week period AOG spotlights a different Super Character which is woven in to class.
Instructors follow curriculum and students are challenged at the end of each class to discover and adopt a new character trait. Our goal is to supplement their growth so that they will become the best versions of themselves, inspiring life-long adventures.
