Tumbling is the basis of gymnastics and is also a key component for all athletic development. This is an ideal class for the student who is not keen on a more rigorous upper body strength regiment. Students learn all basic tumbling skills from handstands & carthwheels to back handsprings and flips. They will utilize different tumbling surfaces as well as various trampolines in order to facilitate learning. |
